LOCATION: Central Eastern Oklahoma in LeFlore County. This land has frontage on a gas company road for about ¼ mile along the East boundary and 1/4 mile along the South boundary affording very good access. It is about 3.5 miles distance to a county farm to market road. The town of Wister is about 13 miles. The city of Poteau is about 18 miles. The large city of Ft. Smith, Ark is about 43 miles. AREA DESCRIPTION: The surrounding area is mostly wooded hills and mountains with creek valleys between the mountains and hills in which are located small farms and larger ranches. The area is sparsely settled with the majority of the land being wilderness-type acreage all heavily wooded.

WATER: Farmers and ranchers in the area use drilled wells for their home water supply. Livestock ponds can be constructed at a reasonable cost for fishing, swimming and wildlife or farm type animals.
